MARKETING AGENTS

Description

We're looking for ambitious and self-driven Marketing Agents to join our team in Kisii and Kisumu. You'll be responsible for introducing schools to Nelitika's intelligent school management platform, building relationships with education leaders, and helping institutions adopt technology that improves learning and administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, closing deals, and making a real impact in education.

Responsibilities

• Visit schools and introduce Nelitika's solutions.
• Demonstrate how the platform improves school operations.
• Book meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with school decision-makers.
• Submit regular sales and activity reports.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Support new clients during onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and clients.
• Represent the Nelitika brand professionally.
• Promote digital transformation in schools using AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum KCSE Certificate (C- or above preferred).
• Must own a personal laptop.
• Must have good computer and IT skills.
• Must reside in Kisii or Kisumu.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
